During the development of CHECKitB4 we always focused on the realistic illustration of automation and control technology to guarantee the optimum productivity and quality in manufacturing on the virtual machine-model at an early stage.

With our new product CHECKitB4 we can guarantee a continuous manufacturing process chain! Immediately after programming the NC-file the NC-code is simulated on the basis of the Siemens NC-Kernel. No interpreter runs in the background! The control is booted up in the PC with all parametres specific to machines (axes, limitations, special cycles, subroutines, …) and the NC-program is processed - just like on the machine. Long before the machine is prepared, any mistakes can be recognised and repaired without disturbing the production process.
